Shipping

We are official stockists, and all of our sunglasses and glasses frames are authentic.

We offer next day delivery* on all of our glasses frames and sunglasses to ensure they arrive with you promptly and in excellent condition.

*Next day delivery is for UK only. Normal postage charges apply for international buyers. International buyers must be aware that they will not receive their product the following day, but will receive the item promptly as we post out most items on the day of purchase when ordered before 3pm.

We can provide tracking numbers for all items we send, although this will only track inside the UK as we use Royal Mail to post our items.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept refunds if we are contacted within 7 days of payment being received.

We charge a 10% re-stocking fee if you do wish to return your item, we also do not cover the postage to refund an item unless the refund is being processed due to our own error (i.e. wrong frame sent out or damaged frame). We will not refund any money until we receive the frame back from you and within acceptable condition.

We send out all of our products with a price tag still on them, we will only accept a refunded item if it is returned to us with this tag still in place. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel the frame has been worn or used.
